The TEKNOFEST’26 Şanlıurfa Promotional Event, hosted by our university, was successfully held today. As part of the event, TEKNOFEST Coordinator Associate Professor Dr. Levent GÖKREM, Assistant Coordinator Assistant Professor Dr. Serhat BİLGİN, and T3 Foundation Tokat Provincial Representative Furkan ÇETİNKAYA provided information on TEKNOFEST application processes, project development stages, and competition experiences.
Additionally, students who had won awards at TEKNOFEST presented their projects and shared the experiences they gained during the process with the participants. These presentations drew significant interest, particularly for highlighting the importance of project-based learning and a culture of interdisciplinary collaboration.
The event continued with a question-and-answer session and concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to Assistant Professor Dr. Mehmet Fatih KARACA, Assistant Professor Dr. Mehmet Akif ERİŞEN, and Assistant Professor Dr. Sultan Güner BAŞARA—who served as jury members for our university’s TEKNOFEST project competitions—followed by a group photo.
The event, which drew significant interest from our students and faculty members, proved to be a productive initiative in raising awareness of TEKNOFEST within our department and encouraging participation in innovative and technology-focused projects.
